Health insurance cards are obligatory in Germany. These cards show the photo of the owner. The process of collecting and printing these images onto the cards is error prone.

ePortrait provides a very simple, but robust application which can be embedded in various websites of health insurance companies. The employees and customers can use a mobile app also to capture the clients in their office. The resulting images are attached to the dataset of the insured person automatically.

delodi has built the entire architecture including the integration with a dozen insurance providers as well as the implementation of the system.

The mobile app has been built with Ionic framework and Cordova while the administrative interface and the embeddable booth screen use Angular with Bootstrap, the communication with the servers happens through a RESTful API. The server side infrastructure is built for high traffic and big data. We use separated layers on server side to ensure the maximum flexibility and security.
