Managing teams across multiple projects can be a tedious task. While most project management solutions provide some sort of ressource planning, these usually do not fit the every day requirements project managers face. This results in various hacks usually based on spreadsheets. We have taken some of these spreadsheets and taken a close look at them.

Then we have built something that integrates what they do into a solution that offers all the functionality that a spreadsheet cannot, like access control, email-reminders, generate reports, etc.

Like with our other tools, we are using people on sked ourselves in our everyday lives at delodi and it is making things easier for us.
