Pflegehelden

We supported Pflegehelden with their product development by facilitating and designing a series of design sprints, adapted for their needs. We focussed on a deepening the understanding of the digital products of Pflegehelden. As a side product we identified gains in the process and organisational structure.
Based on the results of these workshops we will soon begin development of the software platform to enable the new products and business opportunities identified.
